We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@legendarybikeshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
**For Engines, Chassis, Seats and Axles do not follow this refund policy, please email us info@legendarybikeshop.com for any inquiries.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with an item purchased from us, simply return the unused item to us within 30 days. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be issued store credit only. No restocking charge will apply if the return is made within 30 days and the product is in new condition (New Condition means we can return it to the shelf and sell it as new). Please make sure all return product is packaged properly so it does not get damaged on the way back, we cannot be responsible for damaged returned goods. All shipping charges are non-refundable. No Returns accepted after 30 days from sale. Anything returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if we accept the return.
Any returned item that received free shipping will be assessed a shipping fee and be deducted from your refund.
International Returns:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. LegendaryBikeShop is no longer responsible for the goods after you receive a Proof of Delivery. All shipping damages will be replaced by LegendaryBikeShop if you did not waive the shipping insurance. Customers will be responsible for replacement shipping costs no matter fault. Exchanges:
If you purchase safety equipment and it does not fit we will split the shipping costs. You take care of the return shipping and we will pay to ship out the new size. Excludes International, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Clearance Items. Please email info@legendarybikeshop.com for any questions.
Backorders:
Most karting products are made in Italy. Due to this we do experience supply issues on occasion. If an item gets put on back order we will contact you before your order is shipped. You have the option to hold the order until the item becomes available or ship the order incomplete. Back ordered parts will be shipped on arrival with normal shipping fees applied unless canceled or over 30 days.
Warranties:
Most racing kart parts come with no implied warranty. However, if a problem does occur LegendaryBikeShop will contact the Manufacture on your behalf. Please note that if warranty is approved, only the product can be replaced, and shipping costs are not covered.
